Date of Event

Description
12:00-1:00 p.m.
As AI increasingly enters clinical practice, several legal and ethical issues confront clinicians, health systems, and patients. Who is liable when things go wrong? What should patients be told, and to what do they need to consent? What should be written down in the clinical record? This talk will touch on questions of liability, informed consent, and documentation, especially when clinicians and AI models disagree.
