History

  • 2009: The Case Western Reserve University Internet Law Journal is renamed the Case Western Reserve University Journal of Law Technology & the Internet ("JOLTI").
  • 2011: The United State Supreme Court cites JOLTI in Mayo Collaborative Services v. Prometheus Laboratories, Inc.

Mission

The journal is dedicated to publishing quality articles and notes that tackle challenging questions and advance the legal profession's understanding of the law.

Publication Schedule

  • JOLTI publishes once a year, in the Spring; however the journal posts blog posts and accepts submissions year-round.
