Description
"Peggy Kuo is a trial attorney with the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Crimina Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in the Hague, Netherlands. She prosecuted the first case in history in which mass rape was found to be a crime against humanity and in which sexual enslavement was charged in an international tribunal (Prosecutor v. Kunarac, et al). Miss Kuo has also prosecuted a camp commander for murder, persecution, and torture (Prosecutor v. Krnojelac) and is currently co-counsel in the case against former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic for war crimes and crimes against humanity"--from the promotional flyer Presentation sponsored by the Frederick K.
