Vince Daniele is an attorney within CareSource’s Office of the General Counsel, where he focuses on providing legal advice on health insurance law and regulatory compliance to CareSource. He advises CareSource on state and federal health insurance reform, strategic planning and product development across multiple lines of business, and participation in government programs such as Medicaid managed care and Medicare Advantage.
Prior to joining CareSource, Vince served as an attorney at Wright-Patt Credit Union to implement their Marijuana Related Business banking solutions. He also spent 8 years in private practice at the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr focusing on defending clients against governmental investigations.
