"A Nation of Immigrants Under President Trump" Case Western Reserve University School of Law Immigration advocates and attorneys will discuss what actions President-elect Donald Trump may take concerning undocumented immigrants, deportation, Muslim registration, visa policies, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. The panel will offer practical information for immigrants with questions about their status as well as useful information for all concerned about immigration policy and limits on Executive power. Panelists include: Lama Alwan, immigration attorney; Andrew Bramante, adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and attorney at Rosner Partners; David Leopold, founder and principal of David Wolfe Leopold & Associates Co., LPA and past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association; and Lynn Tramonte, Deputy Director of America’s Voice and America’s Voice Education Fund.
