About This Journal
The International Journal of Ethical Leadership (IJEL) is an academic journal that expands the interdisciplinary, international conversation on what ethical leadership requires. In 2012, the Inamori International Center for Ethics and Excellence at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) established IJEL, which is published by the Inamori Center in partnership with The University of Akron Press and the CWRU School of Law.
IJEL serves to advance critical discussions of the importance and key elements of ethical leadership.
