Paving the Legal Path for Carbon Sequestration
Abstract
This Article Examines the Possibilities for Increasing Carbon Sequestration in the New Obama Administration. In particular, this article posits that before there could be successful deployment of carbon sequestration technology, there needs to be an analysis and alteration of the legal and policy framework.
