Clearing Some Worldwide Haze: Daniel Bodansky’s The Art and Craft of International Environmental Law

Daniel Bodansky provides a welcome explication for the complexity of International Environmental Law in The Art and Craft of International Environmental Law. The book could go even further in looking at the moral underpinnings of this area of law, as that may be one of the major drivers, particularly of international climate change negotiations.
