He also attaches a 14 July 1993 letter from William Powell, an M.P. in Britain's House of Commons, where the BBC agrees to provide requested footage. Bassiouni also attaches a cover letter and resume from Karen Kenny, a lawyer interested in working for the war crimes tribunal. Bassiouni thinks she can help with the rape investigation.
