Description

Bassiouni discusses various issues. These include the status of UNPROFOR and CIVPOL files. While Baez is sifting through those, Bassiouni wants Dauchy to attach other supplementing documents so he can update the database. He also answers the questions Dauchy posed in her 3 March 1993 fax and attaches excerpts from the database concerning Vukovar. Bassiouni also attaches testimony from Dr. Snow and two eyewitness's accounts. The first witness's name is deleted; he/she is a Croat citizen who was imprisoned in Vukovar. The second -- whose name is also deleted -- was an employee at the Medica Center in Vukovar. He/she recounts receiving beatings while trying to attend to patients in the hospital.
