Description

Baez faxes a letter from Karlshoven to Thorvald Stoltenberg. In this letter, Stoltenberg observes that providing complete documentation of UNPROFOR's records is impractical because they are so voluminous. He suggests a commission staffer visit UNPROFOR's Zagreb headquarters to search its files.
