About This Journal
The Canada-United States Law Journal was the first academic law journal dedicated to the exploration of the complex trade relationship between Canada and the United States.As of 2015, a binational group of law students from the University of Western Ontario and the Case Western Reserve School of Law publish the edited proceedings of the annual conference of the Canada-United States Law Institute. The annual conference invites governmental officials, academics, business people, and others to discuss a topic of interest to both countries in-depth.
