Disclosure and Accuracy in the Guilty Plea Process

Abstract

This Article advocates mandatory disclosure of Brady material to criminal defendants who plead guilty. Although the primary focus is on the constitutional dimension of disclosure, the Article also makes a case that ethical and statutory rules should require the disclosure of Brady material in the guilty plea process.
